Bobbie'S Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
19 ounces canned chick-peas
1/3 cup tahini
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
Preparation

Rinse and drain chick peas.
In food processor blend garlic, chick peas, Tahini and salt - blend well. Keep processing and add olive oil and lemon juice - blend well.
