O'Flanagan Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sausage
    2 apples, peeled & sliced
    1 onion
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 cup bouillon cube
    salt & pepper
    2 -3 cups hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Fry sausages,drain.
    Cut up& put in baking dish.
    In fat that's left, cook apples& onion until tender.
    Spoon over sausages.
    Pour off fat except 1 tbsp.
    ,brownflour in it.
    Add salt,pepper& bouillon.
    Stir until thick.
    Pour over sausages& apples.
    Top with mashed potatoes.
