True Green Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raw spinach
    3 medium carrots, peeled and ends cut off
    1 medium banana
    1 cup frozen fresh pineapple
    1/2 medium avocado
    1 tablespoon flax seed
    8 ounces water
Preparation
    Put everything in the blender and puree until smooth. You may add more water until it is the consistancey you are comfortable with.
    Pour into two glasses and serve.
    Leftovers can be kept covered in the fridge for a day.
