Grain Free ...Sugar Free Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups almond flour
    3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
    1/4 cup honey
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 mashed ripe bananas
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup raisins (or chopped walnuts) (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Add almond flour last. Bake for 45-50 min at 310 degrees F (180 C) for bread. Bake for 20-25 min for muffins.
