Zippy Zucchini Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons oil
    4 small zucchini, sliced
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add zucchini and onion, saute for 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, EXCEPT cheese.
    Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, place in bowl, and sprinkle with cheddar.
