Basic Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup margarine
    2 cups mixed vegetables
    1 3/4 cups chicken broth
    2/3 cup milk
    1 cup cooked chicken, chopped (or any leftover meat)
    1 pie crust (single or double)
Preparation
    Melt butter, add onions- saute for a minute, add flour, mix till pasty, add broth and milk.
    Stir constantly until creamy and thick ( cooking over medium heat),
    Add veggies & chicken.
    Dump into a pie crust.
    Freeze now for later or Bake 40-50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
