Leftover Ham And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 cup milk
    3 cups chopped ham
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    3 cups grated cheese
    2 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/4 cup chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Stir lemon into milk and let stand.
    Spray 13 x 9 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
    Combine ham, milk mixture, eggs, salt & pepper, and cheese with cooked and drained noodles, and any extra veggies.
    Pour mixture into dish, dot with butter or breadcrumbs.
    Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
