Fresh Tomato Bruchetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ripe roma tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    3 teaspoons minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
    3/4 teaspoon dried basil
    3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    3/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a lid.
    Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    For garlic bread or pita, spread garlic butter on bread/pita. Spread bruchetta mix over top.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.
    Bake at 400 or grill on BBQ until hot (or cheese melted).
