Karen'S Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups apples, raw, pared and diced
1 cup nuts, your choice
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Fold in 3 cups diced raw pared apples and nuts.
Bake in greased 9x13-inch pan at 350* for 50 minutes.
