Ingredients

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar (Apple Cider or White)
1/2 cup yellow mustard (Prepared, not the powder)
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the top of a double boiler, or in a mixing bowl over a saucepan. Make sure the water is simmering underneath and stir constantly until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate.
