Prickly Pear Martini (Alcoholic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 prickly pear, peeled, cored, chopped
6 tablespoons tequila
1/2 lemon, juce of
10 ice cubes
Preparation

Blend the prickly pear to a puree.
Put 1 teaspoon of the puree in a cocktail shaker with the tequila & lemon juice, then add plenty of ice & shake thoroughly.
Strain into a glass to serve.
