Banana-Berry Smoothie (No Added Sugar, Sugarless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup yogurt
    1/4 cup milk
    2 bananas, frozen
    3/4 cup berries (your choice, I like blueberries. You can also do a mix)
    ice cube (optional)
Preparation
    Pour yogurt and milk in a blender, then add fruit and optional ice cubes.
    Blend until desired thickness.
