Granny'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Drain broccoli well, do not cook.
Combine soup, cheese, eggs, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix in broccoli. Spoon into a 2-quart well-buttered casserole dish.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
