Sugarless Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1 cup quick oats
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1 1/2 cups raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Lightly grease cookie sheets.
    Mix dry ingredients completely.
    Add remaining ingredients one at a time, mixing completely.
    Drop using teaspoon (not measuring spoon) onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0F for about 12 minutes or until slightly brown on the bottom. Rotate and turn cookie sheets half way through.
    Cool completely on cooling rack.
