Baked Italian Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 -5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 -3 cups panko breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons italian seasoning (you can add any type of herbs or spices you like in place of the Italian seasoning)
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Wash chicken breasts, pat dry. Cut into bite size chunks.
    In a small bowl or pasta dish, beat egg. Add milk to egg and stir to combine.
    On a large plate, add Panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix together. (you could also do this in a Ziploc bag).
    Add chicken nuggets to egg/milk mixture and coat thoroughly.
    Next, dredge nuggets in seasoned crumb mixture until covered.
    Place chicken nuggets on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, leaving space between each nugget.
    Bake at 350 for about an hour or until done.
