Carnival Cruise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    1 5/8 ounces butter
    1 egg
    1/8 cup sugar
    1/8 cup flour (plus an extra pinch or two)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
    In mixing bowl, mix eggs and sugar, then add flour. Slowly whisk into the melted chocolate mixture.
    Pour into greased 4-ounce ramekins.
    Bake at 400 F for 12-14 minutes.
    Makes one serving to share. Double or triple recipe for guests.
