Z Tejas Habanero Mango Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 habanero, diced (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 limes, juice of
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Salsa may be kept refrigerated for up to two days.
