Ingredients

12 ounces sugar-free strawberry banana flavor gelatin
2 cups boiling water
13 ounces crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
3 bananas, sliced
32 ounces low-fat sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water. I do this all in the 9x13 dish I am making.

Stir in pineapple.
Next add sliced strawberries and bananas.
Let set for 2-4 hours.
For topping, mix sour cream, splenda and vanilla. Spread on top of jello.
Cut into 24 squares.
