Whole Wheat Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup warm water
    2 teaspoons yeast
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons molasses
    2 tablespoons coconut oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon milk
Preparation
    Heat water to 105-110 degrees fahrenheit and add yeast. Proof.
    Place all dry ingredients in a bowl.
    In the bowl of a standing mixer, place all wet ingredients including proofed yeast.
    Add the dry ingredients to the wet.
    Mix for 5-8 minutes.
    Place on a floured surface, and form into loaf.
    Spray a loaf pan and place the dough inside.
    Let rise until dough reaches the rim of your pan. Once risen preheat your oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for 40 minutes.
