Fairy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
1/3 cup dried cherries
4 pieces potato bread
1 cup strawberry cream cheese spread
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup edible glitter

Preparation

cut Bread into triangles.
mix together cream cheese, honey and cheese.
Spread over bread.
Decorate with nuts and fruit.
sprinkle glitter on top.
**Edible glitter is sold in most craft stores. if you can't find it you can use sprinkles.
