Easy Corn Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn (drained)
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained, rinsed)
    1 (10 ounce) can rotel (I prefer \"hot\", but original recipe calls for \"mild\")
    1 small red onion, diced
    1/4 - 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with Tortilla chips or Pita chips. Refrigerate left overs for up to 3 days.
