Boiled Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon apple cider
    clean quart jar
Preparation
    Bring cider to a rolling boil.and then turn down to a good simmer so that it continues to evaporate.
    simmer about 5 hours or until syrupy.may reduce down to 1 quart.
