Grape-Nuts Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 (5 1/2 ounce) can v-8 juice
    1 (1 3/4 ounce) envelope lipton's dry onion soup mix
    1/3 cup Heinz Chili Sauce (the bottled one with the tarter sauces on grocery shelf)
    1/4 cup finely diced celery
    1/4 cup onion, grated
    2 cups Grape-nuts cereal
Preparation
    In large bowl, whisk eggs, V-8 juice, onion soup mix and chili sauce; Add onion and celery; Work in grape-nuts (mixture will resemble meatloaf); Cover and refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight.
    Form into patties, brown well on both sides in equal amounts of oil and margarine; Serve on buns
    Or you can put them in a 9x13 casserole and bake them in the over (350) for 30 minutes covered in spaghetti sauce.
