Filipino Style Chicken Soup With Mung Beans, Garlic And Bay Leav - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
2 onions, cut into wedges
8 garlic cloves, peeled
3 tablespoons oil
10 -15 bay leaves
2 cups mung beans
10 small potatoes
3 chicken bouillon cubes
4 cups hot water
2 tablespoons turmeric
cooked rice, to serve
chili sauce
Preparation

Place chicken, onions, bay leaves, garlic if fresh used and oil in a pot and saute until onions and chicken are golden brown. Add the rest of ingredients and cook covered on low heat about an hour, until chicken, mung and potatoes are ready.
Add some more water if soup is too thick.
Serve with rice topped with chilli sauce on a side.
