Gingered Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups stewed rhubarb
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
2/3 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Stewed rhubarb
2 lbs rhubarb, trimmed and cubed
1 cup sugar (or more to taste)
1/2 cup orange juice
Preparation

Stewed rhubarb: combine sugar, orange juice and rhubarb in a saucepan over low heat. Simmer until rhubarb falls apart and sauce is thick like a puree. (also try over ice cream!).
Bake bread according to manufacturer's instructions.
