Chef Michael Smith Cucumber And Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    2 carrots, peeled
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 dash Tabasco sauce or 1 dash hot sauce
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Thinly slice cucumber and carrots. Place in a bowl and add vinegar, olive oil, honey, Tabasco sauce and season with salt. Toss well.
