Cheesy Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    olive oil
    2 -3 teaspoons paprika
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pat dough onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 14-inch pizza pan or 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
    Brush olive oil over bread.
    Sprinkle with paprika, basil and garlic.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
