Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 pint vanilla ice cream
    1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Microwave cream cheese in a small bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
    Process cream cheese, ice cream, blueberries, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth; stop to scrape down sides as needed.
    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
