Roti Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups bread flour
    1 cup self rising flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together. Add enough warm water to form dough.
    Cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
    Roll out medium sized dough balls into flat circles.
    Fry in hot pan with very little oil.
    Should only take a few minutes per side.
