Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups chocolate protein powder (whey)
    1 cup whole oats
    4 tablespoons honey
    1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
    1/4 cup ground flax seeds (optional)
    1 cup skim milk
    2 teaspoons sugar substitute
    2 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation
    pre-heat oven to 350f degrees.
    chop oats in a food processor or blender
    mix all ingredients completely, except oil, in large bowl.
    use oil to grease a 9x9 baking dish, line bottom of dish w/ foil (so they dont stick) and pour mixture into pan.
    cook for 25 minutes. let cool before cutting into 6 bars.
