Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons onion powder
    1 tablespoon dried chives
    1 tablespoon dried thyme
    1 tablespoon ground allspice
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine onion powder, chives thyme, allspice, salt, sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Use 2 tbsp per 4 servings.
    Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
