Red Chile-Glazed Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices thick-cut apple-smoked bacon
1/4 cup brown sugar
kosher salt, to taste
1 tablespoon crushed dried red chilies or 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Lay bacon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, pepper and crushed red chiles.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Drain and serve.
