Ingredients

125 g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup walnuts
3/4 cup self raising flour
Preparation

Mix butter, essence, sugar and egg till smooth.
Mix in the rest.
Shape 2 teaspoon of stuff into small balls on to greased platter.
Bake in oven, moderate heat for 12 minutes.
