Potato Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup water
2/3 cup instant potato flakes (or 1/2 cup mashed potatoes)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Preparation

In the bowl of your bread machine, add the ingredients in the order that they are listed. Make sure that the yeast is not touching the water.
Select basic setting.
