Onion Pie My Easy Way (German Zwiebelkuchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium leek, sliced
    50 g ham, cubed
    500 g creme fraiche or 500 g sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    230 g puff pastry, thawed
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Put mixture on the puff pastry (in a baking pan).
    Bake at 350 degrees for ca.
    50-60 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
