Baked Seasoned Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb salmon steak, thawed if frozen
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
    paprika
    chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Arrange fish in single layer in a shallow baking dish.
    Combine the vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, mustard, pepper and butter.
    Pour half of the sauce over the fish.
    Bake for 20 min., basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
