Famous Grilled Shrimp Of Tunisia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
    olive oil
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    lime wedge
    Sauce Kerkennaise
    2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
    2 tablespoons green onions (finely chopped)
    1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon hot red chili pepper
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
    Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients. Chill.
    Thread shrimp on skewers. Brush shrimp with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper and grill over coals until pink.
    Serve with sauce and lime wedges.
