Crustless Spanakopita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces spinach, cooked and well-drained
    1 onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    200 g light ricotta cheese
    1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons dill weed
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic until tender.
    Meanwhile, combine ricotta, yogurt, and whisked eggs. Add seasonings, lemon juice, spinach, and onion/garlic mix.
    Transfer to greased deep-dish pie plate.
    Bake in 375F oven for 40-45 minutes, until set.
