Honey Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup honey
    1 3/4 cups pitted chopped dates
    1/2 cup halved candied cherry
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 eggs (beaten)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add honey and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
    Add dates, nuts, and cherries.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased 13 x 9 pan 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned.
    Cut into bars when cool and roll in powdered sugar.
