Bread Machine Portuguese Sweet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Place all ingredients in machine in order according to your machine's instructions.
Press the sweet bread indicator, if applicable or regular setting.
