Creamy Chicken Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup carrot, diced
1/2 cup peas
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
Preparation

In large skillet, saute chicken and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add carrots and peas and saute 5 minutes more.
Slowly stir in whole wheat flour. Add skim milk, 1/4 cup at a time and cook, stirring for 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup chicken mixture into each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
