Pumpkin Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 tablespoon flour
    21 ounces chicken broth (2 cans)
    1 lb canned pumpkin
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add curry powder and flour. Cook until bubbly.
    Add other ingredients. Simmer.
    Garnish with Chives or parsley.
