Sugar Free Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons margarine
    2 cups Equal sugar substitute (12 packets)
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup carys brand sugar-free syrup (pancake syrup)
    1 pinch salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups chopped pecans, PLUS extra
    pecans, for decoration, if desired (optional)
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and Equal. Add eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla, and pecans; mix well Pour into pie shell. Top with whole pecans for decoration, if desired.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
