Bread Machine Cream Of Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/3 cups cream of wheat
2 2/3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons gluten (optional)
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
2 medium eggs
5 tablespoons butter
1 1/3 cups water

Preparation

Put all in your bread machine in order according to manufacturer instructions. Bake as a normal loaf.
