Slow Cooker Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs boneless lamb shoulder, cut in 1 inch cubes
    6 small potatoes, sliced
    6 small white onions, quartered
    6 carrots, sliced
    2 teaspoons dried rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 bay leaf
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
    Reduce heat to low and cook until lamb and vegetables are very tender, 10-12 hours.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Discard bay leaf.
