Bass Lake Fruit Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ice cubes
    1 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup cranberry juice (or juice of your choice)
    2 cups of your favourite fruit (strawberry, mango, banana, peach or whatever you like)
Preparation
    In a blender, add 5 ice cubes, the fruit juice of your choice, and the yogurt, blend until smooth.
    Add fruit and remaining ice cubes, and blend again until smooth.
    Break out the straws and enjoy!
