Mushroom Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 seedless oranges, diced
2 lbs button mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup Catalina dressing

Preparation

Combine oranges, mushrooms and onion in a mixing bowl.
Pour Catalina dressing over top and toss to coat.
