Fat Free Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/8 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1/3 cup sugar substitute
4 ounces nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Heat oven 375.
Spray 6 muffin tins with cooking spray.
Combine milk, brown sugar blend, sugar substitute and yogurt.
In seperate bowl combine the dry ingredients
Add to wet mixture and mix till just combined.
Divide into muffin tin.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 mins and remove to wire rack.
Store uncovered.
