Penne With Creamy Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    2 tablespoons white wine or 2 tablespoons chicken broth
    14 1/2 ounces Italian tomatoes, diced with Italian herbs, undrained
    1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
    8 ounces penne pasta, cooked, drained
    1 cup black olives, drained, sliced
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup green onion, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes until tender.
    Add chicken broth, cook 1 minute.
    Stir in tomatoes, cream, pasta, olives and cheese; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
