Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup butter, softened
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
    4 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, butter and lemon juice.
    Add peel.
    Gradually add powdered sugar; beat until smooth and creamy.
